08Host tools & teamwork

Hand parts of the event to people you trust.

Invite a co-host, a moderator or a photographer and give each of them a role with a plain-language summary of what it can do. Revoking access removes access, never history.

In motion

A role has only the powers listed in its summary.

Before you invite someone, the role card states what they will be able to see and do. There is no hidden extra permission behind a name.

08How it works

Three steps, in the order you would actually do them.

01

Pick the role

Co-host, moderator, photographer or a helper with a narrower set.

02

Send the invite

They accept on their own device and see only the event you invited them to.

03

Adjust or revoke

Change the role or remove it. Their past actions stay in the activity record.

Connected behaviour

Screening can be shared without sharing the account.

A moderator works the review queue from their own phone, on their own login, while billing, exports and event settings remain yours.

What it includes

The parts, named plainly.

Co-host

Full event work without account-level control.

Moderator

Review, approve and hide media and guestbook entries.

Photographer

Upload originals in bulk and see their own contributions.

Task view

A shared list of what is still waiting on someone.

Activity record

Who approved, hid or exported what, and when.

Per-event scope

A role applies to one event, not your whole account.

08Privacy & control

What this feature will not do.

Powers are stated, not implied

Every role card lists what it grants in plain words.

Revoking is immediate

Access ends at once; the record of previous actions remains.

No account sharing

Helpers use their own logins, so nothing depends on a shared password.

Scope stays narrow

A role cannot reach billing, other events or your export destinations.

Questions

Before the event goes live.

Can a moderator change settings?

No, review is the extent of that role.

Do helpers need their own account?

Yes, which is what keeps the activity record meaningful.

Can I remove someone mid-event?

Yes, immediately.

Does removing them delete their work?

No. Approvals and uploads remain.

Is a role per event?

Yes.
