03 · Guest guide
What guests do after the scan.
- 1. Open the guest page.
The QR opens a normal phone browser. - 2. Choose photos or videos.
Select the moments you want to share. - 3. Tap upload.
Keep the page open until each file shows its completed status. - 4. Retry only what failed.
An upload starting is not the same as a completed or cloud-verified copy.
04 · Host checklist
Before guests arrive.
- □ Open the real guest link on another phone.
- □ Upload a synthetic test file and check its final status.
- □ Print one sign and test the QR at the intended distance.
- □ Tell the venue contact where the signs will be placed.
- □ Confirm the actual upload and gallery dates in event settings.
These boxes are a host checklist. Ticking one does not verify a server upload or cloud copy.
