Google Drive connected but files are not appearing
Files copy only after a photo is uploaded AND approved (if moderation is on). A connected destination with no approved photos yet will show "copying" or "waiting for first file", not "backup verified".
Step by step
- Upload at least one photo to the event.
- If moderation is enabled, approve the photo from your dashboard.
- Open Storage status and wait a minute — copies retry automatically.
Expected result: Once an approved photo copies, Storage status shows "backup verified" and a receipt link.
If it still fails
If an approved photo still hasn't copied after several minutes, tap Retry failed copies. If it keeps failing, contact support with your event so we can inspect the destination logs.
