Guests cannot upload to my event
Almost always one of: guest uploads are disabled, the upload window has closed, or the event is password-protected and the guest hasn't entered the password.
Step by step
- Open your event → check that guest uploads are enabled.
- Check the upload window — it must still be open for the event date.
- If the event is password-protected, share the password with guests, or test the QR yourself.
Expected result: Scanning the QR opens the upload page and a guest can add photos without an account.
If it still fails
Use Test guest link from the QR screen. If the test fails, contact support with your event ID.
