I cannot sign in

Galeira signs you in with a magic link sent to your email, or with Google/Apple. Check spam, and make sure you used the same email you signed up with.

Step by step

  1. Request a new magic link and check spam/promotions.
  2. Open the link on the same device if possible.
  3. If you used Google/Apple before, use the same provider.

Expected result: The magic link signs you straight into your dashboard.

If it still fails

If links never arrive, your email provider may be blocking them — contact support and we'll help.
