- Sunday morning: ~600 guest photos collected across the 3 events, each in the host's own Google Drive / Dropbox.
- Monday: 2 of the 3 hosts buy Event Duo ($24). You earn $12.
- Monthly: 25% of $24 is $6 a sale, so a venue at four events a weekend with two-in-three upgrading lands somewhere around $60-$100 in a busy month. That is arithmetic on the rate above, not a forecast — it depends entirely on how many of your hosts choose to pay.
How the venue partnership works

Claim a free venue partner profile
Sign up at /contact, tell us your venue name + average events/month. We send a stack of co-branded QR cards (your venue logo + Galeira) for your event coordinators to hand to couples / hosts at the planning meeting.

Hand the QR card with the contract
Becomes part of your standard event-booking handoff. 'Here's your room layout, here's your menu, here's your guest-photo QR — every photo lands in YOUR cloud, the morning after.' One sentence, big impression.

Get a kickback when they upgrade
Hosts buy Event Duo ($24 for two events) at their own pace. You earn 25% of every paid upgrade that came from your venue. This is an early partner programme run by hand: we agree the terms with you by email, reconcile monthly, and pay by bank transfer. There is no self-serve portal yet — if that matters to you, say so and it will shape what we build.

Same QR for every event you host
Each booking gets its own private event under your venue's profile. The QR template stays consistent — your couples see your branding from scan to mirrored archive. Your event coordinators see one dashboard with all events.

You're already coordinating 50-300 events a year. Galeira adds a per-event revenue stream (the kickback) without changing your operations. Hosts who upgrade are pure margin — you do nothing extra.
A deliverable that follows the event home
Guests scan the QR, upload photos, and the next morning every approved photo lives in the host's own Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive — once the host connects a cloud destination. The host remembers your venue because the photos are still arriving the week after.
Cannot Vanish — even if the host stops using us
Every approved photo auto-mirrors to a cloud the host owns. If Galeira shut down tomorrow, the photos still exist in their account. That's an archival promise venues can stand behind to nervous couples + corporate clients.
White-label is on the table for high-volume venues
For venues hosting 100+ events/year, we can co-brand the entire gallery — your venue's name, logo, and colors front-and-center. The couple sees 'powered by your venue', not Galeira. Email hello@galeira.com to scope.
FAQ for venue partners
What does this cost the venue?
Nothing. The venue profile is free, the QR cards we ship are free, the referral link is free. You earn revenue, you don't pay any.
How does it integrate with our existing event-coordination workflow?
Minimally. We send a deck of co-branded QR cards (one per event, or a template you stamp event details on). Your coordinator adds it to the existing booking-handoff packet. No software install, no portal — the host runs their own event on Galeira.
Can our coordinators see what's happening across our hosted events?
Not yet, and it would be easy to imply otherwise. A read-only venue view — upload counts, mirror health, engagement across your events — is something we want to build for partners with 10+ active events, and it is not built today. For now we send you the numbers when we reconcile. No access to the photos themselves — that stays with the host.
Does Galeira compete with our event-coordination software (HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, Tave)?
No — those manage YOUR side of the booking. Galeira is the guest-photo deliverable that none of them include. The two sit side-by-side in your handoff packet.
What about banquet halls / hotels with corporate events?
Same program. Corporate event hosts pay through the same upgrade flow; the kickback structure is identical. For high-volume corporate venues we can scope a flat monthly arrangement instead — email hello@galeira.com.
How does the kickback get paid?
25% of any paid upgrade that came from your venue, reconciled monthly and paid by bank transfer. We are doing this manually while the programme is small, which means we agree the arrangement with you in writing first — there is no automated payout system behind it yet, and we would rather tell you that than imply one.
