Sign up at /contact, tell us your venue name + average events/month. We send a stack of co-branded QR cards (your venue logo + Galeira) for your event coordinators to hand to couples / hosts at the planning meeting.

Becomes part of your standard event-booking handoff. 'Here's your room layout, here's your menu, here's your guest-photo QR — every photo lands in YOUR cloud, the morning after.' One sentence, big impression.

Get a kickback when they upgrade
Hosts upgrade to Wedding ($29) or Forever ($59) at their own pace. You earn 25% on every paid upgrade tied to your venue's referral code, paid monthly via Stripe Connect.

Each booking gets its own private event under your venue's profile. The QR template stays consistent — your couples see your branding from scan to mirrored archive. Your event coordinators see one dashboard with all events.

What does this cost the venue?
Nothing. The venue profile is free, the QR cards we ship are free, the referral link is free. You earn revenue, you don't pay any.
How does it integrate with our existing event-coordination workflow?
Minimally. We send a deck of co-branded QR cards (one per event, or a template you stamp event details on). Your coordinator adds it to the existing booking-handoff packet. No software install, no portal — the host runs their own event on Galeira.
Can our coordinators see what's happening across our hosted events?
Yes, optionally. Venue partners with 10+ active events get a venue dashboard (read-only) showing upload counts, mirror health, and host engagement across every event tied to your referral code. No access to the photos themselves — that stays with the host.
Does Galeira compete with our event-coordination software (HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, Tave)?
No — those manage YOUR side of the booking. Galeira is the guest-photo deliverable that none of them include. The two sit side-by-side in your handoff packet.
What about banquet halls / hotels with corporate events?
Same program. Corporate event hosts pay through the same upgrade flow; the kickback structure is identical. For high-volume corporate venues we can scope a flat monthly arrangement instead — email hello@galeira.com.
