Will my team need training?+
About 10 minutes. We set up the home-level template once (your logo, color, default cloud destination); then every new service is a 30-second click. Most directors run this from their phone on the way to a meeting.
What happens to the photos if a family stops paying?+
Nothing — the family already has every photo in their own cloud (that's the whole point of auto-mirror). The Galeira gallery becomes read-only after the service period ends, but the family's archive is permanent.
Do we get to see what's uploaded before it goes live?+
You can — moderation queue mode lets a director approve photos before they're visible to other family. Most homes leave this off (families handle it themselves), but it's there if you want it.
