Galeira for funeral homes 🏛
Give every family a place to put the photos.
A branded memorial gallery for every service you run. One QR in the program, families upload from anywhere, the full archive lives with them forever — and points back to your home with every share. No app, no signup, no learning curve for the bereaved.

Families are still emailing 60 relatives 'please send your photos'.
Right now, whoever is grieving is also the one chasing photos by email — AOL accounts with downscaled attachments, half the slideshow blurry, the cousin abroad who forgot to send. The PowerPoint gets built at midnight by an exhausted family member. You see this every week. The kind of service you're known for delivering is undermined by a piece of administrative chaos nobody owns. Galeira hands you a clean, branded answer — a single QR you include in every program, every family supported in the same way every time.
How Galeira fits this
Built for 🏛 funeral homes
Your home's brand, on every gallery
Your logo, your color, your name on the album the family will look at for years. Every share back to relatives points to a page that quietly says your home cared enough to do this right.
Voice-line for relatives who can't travel
Every gallery gets a dedicated phone number. Distant family calls and leaves a voice message — captured next to the photos, played during the service, or kept in the family archive forever.
Auto-slideshow for the service
Photos play in chronological order on whatever screen is available — venue projector, chapel TV, tablet on the casket table. Slow Ken Burns, ambient mode, no PowerPoint required.
Auto-mirror to the family's own cloud
Pick once. Google Photos, Dropbox, OneDrive, S3, or any WebDAV (Nextcloud, Synology). The morning after the service, the entire archive sits in the family's own cloud — yours to hand them, and unable to disappear if any single app shuts down.
Private by default. Forever.
Galleries are private — no public discoverability, no SEO indexing, no third-party sharing. Encrypted at rest. The kind of privacy this moment deserves.
Per-service or annual — your call
Start free. $59 per service if you want to offer Forever-tier mirroring to the family. Annual plans available for multi-arrangement homes — email [email protected] for a custom quote.
Free tier works for unlimited events · unlimited photos. Paid tiers from $29 one-time.
Frequently asked
How is this different from us emailing families a Dropbox link?+
Dropbox needs an account and a desktop. A QR in the program works from any phone, by anyone, with no signup. The branded gallery + auto-slideshow + voice-line are part of what you deliver — not a chore the family figures out alone.
Will my team need training?+
About 10 minutes. We set up the home-level template once (your logo, color, default cloud destination); then every new service is a 30-second click. Most directors run this from their phone on the way to a meeting.
What happens to the photos if a family stops paying?+
Nothing — the family already has every photo in their own cloud (that's the whole point of auto-mirror). The Galeira gallery becomes read-only after the service period ends, but the family's archive is permanent.
Do we get to see what's uploaded before it goes live?+
You can — moderation queue mode lets a director approve photos before they're visible to other family. Most homes leave this off (families handle it themselves), but it's there if you want it.
What about families who don't want a digital memorial?+
Then don't offer it for that service. Galeira is an option you can hand to families who'd benefit — not something you have to include for every funeral. Per-service pricing means you only pay when you use it.
Can we book a walkthrough?+
Yes — email [email protected] with 'Funeral-home walkthrough' in the subject. 15 minutes, screen-share, no slides. We'll show you the director flow and the family flow end-to-end.
Quiet, dignified, and yours.
Try Galeira on the next service where a family asks 'can we collect photos somehow?' — free tier covers a single service end-to-end. Email [email protected] for a walkthrough or to discuss annual plans.
